I had Mold Medics come out for a mold issue and to clean my vents. The first day Thaddeus came out and worked non stop cleaning up my mold issue. The attention to details was outstanding and both guys were extremely nice. They told me two different guys were coming out the next day, and quite frankly I wanted Thaddeus to come back because the service was so great! But they showed up on time again, and did an amazing job cleaning my vents and explaining the process to me. For the air quality and safety of your home, I would not recommend anyone else.

Our 6 Steps to
Victory over mold

Assess

Our mold removal process begins with a free visual mold inspection in your home. Using thermal imaging camera and a moisture meter, we'll determine the scope of the problem and ask relevant background questions.

Contain

We establish a containment barrier around the target to isolate it from the rest of your home preventing cross-contamination or spread of mold spores. Once containment is established, High Efficiency Particle Air (HEPA) filtering Air Scrubbers are used to filter air in the target area cleaning the air of mold spores and other airborne impurities.

Remove

While under containment, all building materials contaminated with mold or water damage are safely removed to prevent cross contamination in the home.

Vacuum

Once the removal process is complete, all remaining surfaces including hard surfaces and soft surfaces such as carpets are thoroughly cleaned with a HEPA vacuum to remove any mold growth along with other household allergens preventing them from returning to the environment and ensuring only clean air is released back into your home.

Wipe Down

All surfaces within the treatment area are sprayed and wiped down with microfiber cleaning cloths preventing any remaining spores not removed by the HEPA vacuum from becoming airborne during wipe down.

Anti-Microbial Application

The target area is then treated with an antimicrobial application transmitted via an electrostatic sprayer.
