"I found mold in my closet over the weekend. Called on a Monday, Thaddeus came out on a Thursday. He did a thorough check of the area in question, and determined to be a matter of temperature difference due to the vent that backs up to the closet, and the fact that I had quite a few suitcases shoved in the space that didn’t allow for air circulation. He ensured there was no larger damage to the wall, and gave me thorough instructions on how to handle this issue myself. I am thankful and appreciative for Thaddeus coming to take a look at things, and even more thankful he gave me the knowledge to handle it myself. Says a lot about a company that they didn’t force me into their services when I could do it myself. Very impressed and will use this company in the future should I have any issues!"
